The following are snapshot of some of the work we've done for clients. By default, all our clients are held confidential so names displayed here are done so only with the explicit permission of the business.

Self-Help & Wellness

The Business

Our clients are a Self-Help & Wellness internet marketing company ranked in the top 300 for the Religion & Spirituality category. With hundreds of products, thousands of page-views and millions of customers, this client has had a high-demand to keep innovating and producing new methods of producing sales and new products.

The Problem

After a year-on-year reduction of profits, the business was seeking a way to innovate and re-engage customers with their product line and brand.

The Solution
We worked with the business to create a new spin on the existing long-form sales letter process which is a tried and true marketing technique for a majority of other businesses in the internet marketing space. Through the development of a video sales letter which was fully customised to each customer that viewed it, the business soon saw a 40% increase in customer engagement and sales begun to climb once again.

On top of innovating the sales process we worked to ensure that the solution was completely scalable and could handle the hundreds of thousands of hits per minute the system handles.

Fire Station 101

The Business

Fire Station 101 is a council owned and independently operated co-working space in the heart of Ipswich, Queensland Australia. Home to over 50 members, Fire Station 101 facilitates the many accelerator programs, mentoring programs and coaching relationships which are crucial to the startup industry.

The Problem

With over 50 members and 20 external mentors, the management of mentor and mentee relationships and programs was an expensive exercise in hiring for the Administration of the relationships.

The Solution

Working closely with Fire Station's mentors and stakeholders we ideated and subsequently developed an ad-hoc solution to scheduling and rating mentor sessions within organisations which has already gained customers in community organisations, governments and large enterprise.

The sum result for Fire Station was saving $55,000 in hiring an admin assistant as well as increased mentoring relationships and sessions ultimately allowing more startups to achieve maturity quicker.
